A New Site for Future Ministry
Master Site Plan – land use for present and future phases of construction (created in coordination with Jordan’s civil engineer, adjoining apartment development and initial Town of Apex planning department feedback
Schematic Design – room sizes, building materials (steel, structural concrete, wood, exterior finishes), roof design
Cost Estimator – hired to ensure costs are understood
Civil Engineering – any work which is more than 10 feet from building structures is handled by our civil engineer (parking, grading, on-site stormwater treatment plan
Town of Apex Minor Site Plan submission (grading plan and exterior elevations) • First formal local government approval stage in permitting process • ADW architects to complete needed submission material during schematic design phase
Construction Drawings – detailed plans for builders to use, interior features fully defined
